During this hour-long session, Glendy will share energetic tools and host a group sound journey to help you reclaim emotional freedom from fear, anxiety, and other low-vibrational influences. A group energy healing will wrap up the session.

Genesis Fisher, Esq '00 discusses the roots of conflict and explores a key skill for active listening that will help you communicate more effectively and diffuse tension.  The session will incorporate polls and breakout rooms so that participants can practice their new skills.
