Thankful for Smith?

Are you thankful for Smith College? For the great education you received? The terrific friends you made? The financial assistance you received? The vibrant alumnae network you joined? Show your thanks by joining the Smith College Club of New York City ("SCCNYC") as we introduce a new member benefit.

This year, thanks to the Janet Sloane Fund, the annual faculty lecture by Professor Sam Intrator on June 8, 2015, will be free for members, who currently attend the annual membership and holiday parties free of charge (non-members pay $30).

Receiving three free events for the price of regular memberships means that you will more than earn back the cost of your membership--and this does not include the reduced admission fees to the many other diverse events held throughout the year that members enjoy.

The SCCNYC Board is aware of the financial obligation membership dues and admission fees require of alumnae, and charges the lowest possible price for each. As demonstrated by the charts below, membership dues and admissions fees are both critical to cover Club expenses.

We hope that you will join the Club as a member not only to receive these benefits, but also to support its mission of hosting a wide variety of events for alumnae to connect with each other and the College, recruiting prospective students, and providing significant scholarship assistance to enrolled NYC-area students.

Happy Thanksgiving and we hope to see you soon!
