Part 1 – Your Present:
In this session you will have the opportunity to:
- assess the current state of your career and how your career and life goals are working together
- identify how well you fit in your current position and to what extent the climate within your organization supports you in producing your best work
- complete a self-assessment of values, accomplishments, strengths, skills and personality factors (some will done after the session online through Career Beam and Career Driver).
Must I attend all 5 sessions?
In order for you to get the most out of the series, it is recommended that you attend all 5 sessions.
If I cannot make the time for the live webinars, can I watch a recording of them afterwards?
Yes, a recording of the webinars will be available to anyone who cannot attend the live webinar.
How many people will be in the workshop?
Each cohort is limited to 50 people.
Can I bring a friend who is not a Smith alumna?
Yes, but they will not receive the subsidized rate that Smith alumnae receive. You can register them as a guest during the registration process.
