What We Wore: Fashion & Memory in the Smith College Collection
 
Join three distinguished Smith alums on Wednesday, June 14, 2017
for an exhibit and conversation about fashion and memory.    
 
 
Paula Deitz ’59, a cultural critic who has written about fashion for The New York Times, will present her evocative collection of clothing that reflects her life since childhood.   
 
Kiki Smith ’71, Professor of Theater and founder of the Smith College Historic Clothing Collection, will show outstanding pieces from the collection’s 3,000 garments that illuminate women’s lives from the 18th century to the present.
 
Jan Carlson Oresman ’55 will introduce the speakers.
