Additional movement sources include Hokusai’s manga, Matisse’s cut-outs, 3D printing and the anatomy of the mouth. Dancers: Lauren Ferguson, Cori Kresge, Hiroki Ichinose and Wendy Osserman. Music: Skip LaPlante, lighting: Alexander Bartenieff, costumes: Zuzka Kurtz.

“Osserman has been making eccentric and original work since the seventies” (The New Yorker, 3/31/14). Last season the dance critic, Siobhan Burke, wrote“As a performer, Ms.Osserman, who is (hard to believe) in her early 70’s, has her own kind of magnetism.” Ms. Burke also praised veteran WODC member Cori Kresge’s  “steely, sensuous strength and staggering facility.” (The New York Times 4/1/2014)
